This card was pulled from a pack back when the set first came out (Neo Genesis was released in North America December 2000) and went straight into a binder back then.

This card is one of the harder cards to grade from the Pokemon Neo Genesis set and has rarely been seen for sale graded as PSA 10. Some consider it the second generation Charizard base set card. PSA Pop Report currently lists this card as 8 in existence.
