The Quick Construction Packs are a collection of six 15-card quarter decks for the Pokémon Trading Card Game that each focus on one particular Pokémon type. They were released in Japan only. It was released in January 16, 2005 in Japan. This Condition is NEW (never opened). *But because it is very old Booster Pack, there is hurt in the package a little. However, please understand that I kept them at home. RARE AND HARD TO FIND !!
