PSA 8 Shining Magikarp Neo 3 Revelation Japanese Pokemon Card Secret Holo Rare

For sale is a PSA 8 Shining Magikarp from the Japanese Neo Revelation set. Featuring the glossy finish unique to this release of the card. The card has a half circled indentation on the left side front. I've pictured it. Whether this happened prior to grading or in the process is unknown to me. As can happen especially with thin card stock cards the card is sitting loose in the PSA case. That means that it can shift a couple of milimeters (as shown by the space between the card and the case border on the upside down picture vs regular). So a few caveats here. Still a pretty unique card - PSA population 40 PSA 8.
