That in itself is rare, howerver the PSA label is also an ERROR, making it truly 1 of a kind. I have not seen this exact card with the PSA miss label anywhere else. so it truly may have a population of the only 1 in the world.

The error is the following: On the label PSA says the card is Shining Tyranitar from the Japanese Neo 4 series, while actually its a Japanese Neo 2 series with us know as the Neo Discovery series.
