To have a graded card of this high standard from the first print of 1999 is a must. I first got this card when this set first came out, in 1999 , opening the packs like you do. When I got a pack , with a charizard within , I had it sent over to America , with then a comic shop , were I used to get my packs from. He arranged for me , the holo charizard to be graded.
