Pokemon card - EX Rocket Returns Moltres ex HOLO PSA 9 MINT low pop

Item Description

This card was pulled from a Team Rocket Returns booster box over 8 years ago and has been kept sleeved and protected ever since. It was sent to PSA to be graded in 2019 and attained a PSA 9 grading. It could have easily been a 10!

The PSA slab is still in the cellophane wrap and is therefore in mint condition. This is an extremely rare card from the rarest set of Pokemon cards. The population of this card is currently 83 worldwide!
