Delivery Times vary. Usually delivery takes 2-5 days.
We offer no guarantees on delivery time unless special delivery is used in the UK.
Due to certain matters out of our control, items can take longer than the expected delivery times stated.
Items can be delayed by Strikes, bad weather and Holidays!
Items in the UK will be sent by one of our chosen couriers.
Items sent to our overseas customers can take up to 30 days to arrive from date of postage.
Items will be sent via Royal Mail to all overseas customers.
Returns are expected but exclusions apply.
UK: 14 Days Return Policy
International: 28 Days Return Policy.
Buyer is responsible for return postage.
A refund minus our postage cost will be given which depends on which item has been sent.
Our p+p costs for large letters are £0.73 and for parcels is £2.80.
Exclusions: Any item that has been opened and used cannot be returned. For example if the tags are removed from an item such as a soft toy.
Jewellery is also excluded. This includes hair chains & earrings.
