You are bidding on an extremely Rare Holographic 2003 Aquapolis set Secret Rare Crystal Lugia graded Mint 9 by PSA! There were only 147 cards in the Aquapolis set, making this a secret rare card. In my opinion, this crystal holograpic card is one of the nicest looking cards ever created by Wizards of the Coast! NO RESERVE!
