Shipping (worldwide):

• We will only use Express shipping via DHL $28.99 with real-time tracking number and delivery confirmation. 
• Please do not ask for cheaper shipping service, since there is none available at this moment. 
• Please wait for invoice before you make the payment, since we combine shipping and may need to adjust shipping fees based on the total items you won.  
• For local bidders: we use JNE for shipment.  Shipping & handling charge Jabodetabek/Bandung is $1.50 per package. 
• Please put the address information clearly, since we won't be responsible for incomplete/un-deliverable address.
• We ship within 2-4 days after cleared payment received. Kindly allow 5-10 days delivery time ~ since we're shipping the goods from Jakarta, Indonesia. We will upload the tracking number once package is sent. 
• We WILL NOT cancel transaction for any reasons (i.e. entered wrong amount, kids' bidded without permission, did not log out on public computer, went into hospital, lost job, duplicated, other financial problems or simply changed mind, etc). • Return Policy: We require the item to be returned for full refund, and we will refund only after we receive back the item. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
