Auction Integrity
The integrity of bidding on our auctions is our highest priority. The sportscard hobby hinges on the honesty and integrity of the seller, and collectors deserve a bidding environment that is 100% legitimate and uninfluenced by manipulation such as fraudulent bidding by the auction house, consignors, friends of consignors, friends of the auction house, or anyone else who participates insincerely with the sole intention of manipulating the sale price.Bid Monitoring
PWCC takes a proactive approach to monitoring bid behavior, and has developed the bid monitoring guidelines described below. We reserve the right to contact bidders who place bids outside these guidelines, and in some cases, will choose to block bidders from participating in our auctions. We ask that the bidding community assist PWCC in identifying concerning bid behavior on any of our auctions. Please notify PWCC of any suspicious behavior by sending an email to our bid monitoring team and we will respond. The bid monitoring team's contact information can be found on the PWCC website under the "About" tab. Or, you can simply send us a message through the eBay message system. Thank you for your kind assistance in this process.
- All bid retractions and cancellations that fall outside eBay's policy are reported daily to eBay. eBay reserves the right to enforce their policies.
- Any username that retracts more than one bid on a PWCC auction in a manner outside of eBay's policy will be blocked from participating in further PWCC auctions.
- Any username that has a high number of bid retractions across the eBay platform will be blocked from participating in further PWCC auctions.
- "String bidding", or a series of sequential bids at the minimum bid increment, can be perceived as bid manipulation because it allows a bidder to expose the maximum bid of another bidder without becoming the high bidder him or herself. Any instances of string bidding will be flagged by our team.
Combined Shipping
We combine shipping for any bidder who wins more than one item in our monthly auctions, including items won on separate days. Shipping discount due to combined shipping is significant. For example, for US domestic customers, the highest shipping rate is applied from any item won and additional items are only an additional $0.25 each.
To take advantage of the combined shipping rate, we ask that buyers refrain from remitting payment on any items won until all the items that he or she are bidding on have closed. PWCC will then issue an invoice with the combined shipping rate.International Buyers
International buyers are subject to additional shipping costs based on the item's value, size, weight, and quantity purchased. Please reach out to PWCC with questions before bidding. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding.Unpaid Items
Any bidder who does not pay for an item won will lose their bidding privileges on future PWCC auctions.PWCC Return Policy
Our return policy is NOT a no-questions-asked return policy. Returns are only accepted if an item is misrepresented in the auction title, description, images, email, or phone communication. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for return. We strive to be reasonable in the event of a disagreement and ask that buyers afford us the same level of fairness. Misrepresentation of an auction item is exceedingly rare.
We at PWCC are not professional graders so we trust in the reputation and opinion of 3rd party professional graders. Professional grading is subjective and different 3rd party graders will often disagree over the grading on a single card. Such a disagreement is NOT a justifiable reason for a return with PWCC.
As a broker of graded sportscards, our responsibility is the accurate description and delivery of the item advertised; not to guarantee how a graded card will be assessed by different grading company. Any issue a buyer has with a card's professional grade should be addressed with the company that graded the card. Returned items must be received back in the condition they were received. Original shipping will be refunded along with the full purchase price upon receiving back a returned item.PWCC Auctions, LLC 3 Monroe Parkway Suite P, #601, Lake Oswego, OR 97035 510-725-7853
