We know there are many different variations of certain cards however due to having multiples of many of them we will not look for that specific design & send that card. 

We use pictures widely available from Pokémon's site & they are used as examples of the card & not necessarily be sent that exact card in picture

Sometimes the wrong picture is used but the item is as title

items are sent via 2nd class untracked service

if you need the item by a specific date even if it is 14 days away it is advisable to use 1st class or tracked service. These options are available

We have noticed currently that royal mail are charging £5 for redelivery stating not sufficient postage on the envelope.

All stamps we use are valid for postage & have this confirmed.

If you do receive a demand for £5 from Royal Mail for this charge ignore & do not pay it. WE will not refund the cost of £5 if this is paid as all stamps used are valid for postage. 

Please notify us & we will consider the item as lost & refund the cost of the item
