Pikachu ex 238/191 Sv08: Surging Sparks Holo

Hi! Just bought few packs of Surging Sparks and managed to pull this beauty. I have put it right into a soft sleeve and then to a hard sleeve. I do not see any defects on the card. Corners look amazing. Centering is a little heavy on the bottom of the card but just from the eye it looks like it's 60/40ish on the bottom. I think if someone buy this for a rating it is in the range of PSA 9-10 for sure in my honest opinion.
