One of 90 different high numbers from the set up for bid and represents one of 389 different 1952 Topps cards on the auction block this week, all of which have been assessed at the lofty NM-MT level by PSA. This one gathering represents the single finest assembly we've have brokered in our history and is certainly a note-worthy offering for the hobby as a whole. This represents a wonderful opportunity to fill some holes in a collection already underway, or perhaps to start a new endeavor. We are proud to present these cards to the eBay community, free of reserve or any other restriction. One of nearly 20,000 cards, lots, and sets up for bid in our 7th Auction of 2016. Auction Integrity
Auction integrity is our #1 priority. Collectors deserve an auction forum they can trust. The sportscard hobby hinges on the honesty and integrity of the seller. Too often we hear of fraud and other manipulation that serves to undermine the integrity of our hobby. Bidders deserve better, where bidding is 100% legitimate and uninfluenced by manipulations such as fraudulent (shill) bidding by the auction house, consignors, friends of consignors, friends of the auction house, or anyone else who participates insincerely with the sole intention of manipulating the sale price. We do NOT permit shill bidding of any kind and actively police our auctions to prevent such acts from occurring. If we learn that a bidder is questionable, we take action in the form of canceling the bid and blocking a bidder from participating in future auctions. To preserve the integrity of the bidding process, we believe that eBay is the best forum to host auctions due to the privacy of the eBay platform. Unlike proprietary auction software, eBay's platform is equally transparent to both the buyer and the seller. We don't know the value of a bidder's max bid, nor do our consignors, or anyone else. We've spent the last 15 years on eBay (since 1998) working to garner the trust of collectors and the hobby at large. Rest assured that you can trust our service and can participate in our auctions with the confidence that integrity is our #1 priority.PWCC Return Policy
Our 14-day return policy is not a 'no questions asked' return policy. Returns are only accepted if an item is misrepresented in the auction title/description/images, email, or phone communication. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for return. We strive to be reasonable in the event of a disagreement and ask that buyers afford us the same level of fairness. Misrepresentation of an auction item is exceedingly rare. Regarding professionally graded cards: we at PWCC are not professional graders so we trust in the reputation and opinion of 3rd party professional graders. Professional grading is subjective and different 3rd party graders will often disagree over the grading on a single card. Such a disagreement is NOT a justifiable reason for a return with PWCC. As a broker of graded sportscards, our responsibility is the accurate description and delivery of the item advertised, but is not to guarantee how a graded card will be assessed by another grading company. Any issue a buyer has with a card's 3rd party grade should be addressed with the company that graded the card, not PWCC. Returned items must be received back in the condition they were received. Original shipping will be refunded along with the full purchase price upon receiving back a returned item.Combined Shipping
Yes, we combine shipping for any bidder who wins more than one item in our monthly auctions (includes items won on separate days). Shipping discount due to combined shipping is significant; the highest shipping rate is applied from any item won and additional items are only an additional $0.25 each!International Buyers
Please note: International buyer are subject to additional shipping costs based on value and/or quantity purchased. Please reach out to PWCC with questions before bidding. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
